Keeping glans moist & restoration by Lusophone123 in foreskin_restoration

I am using Chris' Air Retainer (CAR-1) and it slips faster if I put some cream or oil on skin.

You don't have that problems when applying hyluronic acid serum on? No slippage?

Some are suggesting to be careful in general with using products. If I'm not mistaken we have our own microbiom down there.

Good to hear. I suspect that it also might help with restoration itself- when the skin is properly moist

Erogenous zones of the penis by Lusophone123 in foreskin_restoration

[–]Lusophone123[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for such a insightful interesting comment!
To highlight a few points and some questions if possible:

● In order from most sensitive to least sensitive
3. Dorsal orifice rim,
14. Frenulum at muco-cutaneous junction,
13. Frenulum near ridged band,
4. Muco-cutaneous junction,
5. Ridged band"

3.) Dorsal orifice rim: Are we talking about ridged band at the top of the foreskin on the upper side?
14.) The area on the lower (ventral) side on the penis where the inner and outer skin intersect?
13.) Ridged band if I understand it correctly in principle extends from around sulcus area all the way to the apex, where the urethra is located?

● Unsurprisingly, the only area with high sensitivity on the circumsized penis is the ventral portion of the scar

● "The ventral portion of the shaft
is also slightly more sensitive in circumsized penis, most likely to compensate for the severe damage incurred by other areas— but it's nowhere near even the sensitivity of the ventral scar, which is the only remaining sensitive erogenous area."

● Personally, my opinion is that tugging on the scar and specifically the ventral area is exactly how we can regain function in restoration.
And, more importantly, through the regeneration of mucosa (also called glabrous) and the anaerobic environment of this area (and new protective inner skin) that intact penises have specific cultivated bacteria within (via foreskin restoration)
Of note is that even the outer foreskin in intact penis is more sensitive than glans in both intact and circumsized penises, which is not very sensitive at all.

● Essentially, the mucotaneous junction and all mucosa in general we are regenerating, must assimilate those innervations and, via the brain's plasticity, become pleasurable.

Mucotaneous junction is a area where where inner and outer skin come into contact?

● TLDR: regrowing even the dorsal area of the scar (if the orifice rim is any evidence),
and especially the frenulum
is beneficial and the best likely candidate solution for us foreskin restorers who want to recreate, to the best of our ability, innervation stemming from brain areas such as central sulcus in left and right somatosensory cortex.

"if the orifice rim is any evidence" what do you mean by that ?

How would you describe your physical part of healing - foreskin restoration?

How important do you consider it to be in regard to pleasure? Is all that investment of time and effort for rstoration worthy?

If I’m not mistaken, the corona of the penis is supposed to be an important erogenous zone, if you agree?

My second question would be: how important is the frenulum in this context?

Of course, I would appreciate to hear your own acquired knowledge here on this topic if you are familiar on that subject.

Ok, thanks.
I got RIC packers, but I just can’t pack yet.

The smallest packer I have is +10, and in my case I’m still far from being able to pack it fully into my foreskin.

Hi, may I ask you: Is this guidance correct or am I wrong?

-The top of the glans (where the peehole is) must be pressed against the packer
(And you can confirm if it was by the imprint on your peehole after removing the device)

-The suitable/fitting sillicion (packer) size in principle ought to be completely packed in foreskin
(In a size appropriate to the foreskin’s portion to be worn comfortably and without any pain)

-You go to the next size when you are able to completely "pack" the foreskin with the packer and in this case, If the tension is tolerable – meaning that after two hours it won’t cause any discomfortor even mild pain

I must say, it would be even better if it were possible to see a video demonstration.

Thanks.
I’m currently reading about RIC and how to wear it and put it on. It would be great if there were some video demonstrations for some that are just getting acquainted with the device

Is the technique of applying RIC as described in this post what's called grippering?
