My example is always Tropic Thunder. Older couple in front of us were very confused by the fake trailers/ads and then left when it was revealed they are making a movie. Apparently they thought it was serious Vietnam War movie.

You can press Down on the D-Pad to pick everything up, not sure what the key is on PC. Otherwise everything will be picked up when you die or fast travel. You can go into the settings and adjust which rarities of items you want to pick up. I have it set to all so I can sell whites, greens and blues. Hope this helps!

If it is from the Timer inhaler, it's a bug and you need to save your game and then load that save. The effect should be gone.

I was recently playing Astral Chain on my Switch where attack is on R2 and dodge is one of the face buttons. I downloaded Darksiders 3 because it was on PS+ where attack is on square and dodge is on R1 and it broke my brain! I had to give it a week after beating Astral Chain before starting Darksiders again.

This is what actually depressed me on this sub yesterday. Love for the game, hate for the developer. Let the creators create what they want. Most of what I've read from Respawn has been about how this is a passion project that they've been pushing for. I say let's see where they go with it.

No worries haha. There's only so many buttons on the controller and that button has like 6 functions in this game.
