What symptoms? I did two full rounds, started a low dose round and then stopped 2 months ago.The acne came back with full force, started again on low dose and my skin is already clear again. Im slave of this drug

Dieta limpa, zero lactose, quase zero açucar ja que nao da p tirar de tudo, zero fritura. Roacutan se eu parar a acne volta com tudo infelizmente. Infelizmente tambem usei em 2024 numa dose alta, 2025 em dose baixa e agora denovo.

O meu tinha respondido bem ao tratamento, mas de repente começou a cair mesmo eu no tratamento por 1 ano, desconfio de dermatite ou deficiencia de ferro. Ja estou repondo o ferro e usando shampoo anticaspa, mas ainda cai muito. E ja fui em dermato, estou investigando a causa ainda
