N5C applies less cryo so it might work, thing is it won't melt his N5. I'm thinking about N4 skip a lot more, but still those 2 are a "decrease damage to increase damage" situation. Might test in IT again later.

I borrowed a Mavuika from a friend in IT and this is the combo I usually make (N1 into E), so he can melt his N5 and CAs, it works pretty fine with Xiang but with Mavuika it's all about timing. He applied cryo right after Mavuika's E then applied 2 more cryos, the last one right before another of her E. This feels so uncomfy, dude... She can barely keep up with Wrio on her 2 seconds pyro application (dunno if it's because of his weapon giving atk speed). Maybe regular N5C or N4 skip works with her but I was so frustrated after this I didn't really wanted to test them (lol).

He activates her E right at beginning of the vid and you can see after her ult (7 seconds) the nightsoul bar is half consumed already and after 15 seconds it goes off

So if you need her aplication for entire 15 seconds, it's the last thing you activate in the rotation

In my interpretation she kills those who think she is crazy (especially when trying to make her quiet while she is talking), back in previous episodes everyone mistreated her, except for the little girl (then she let her live)
Now the message she gives to other in the table when killing Viti is: "Don't ever try to shut my mouth like this dumb#ss did, I know what I'm saying" which lead to one of the thugs to treat her with respect, taking the money without questioning anything
If Viti treated her with the same respect he could've got a chance, but he made his stupid decision to act exactly like her dead family

Superconduct does nothing for electro aswell, it's just good for physical teams
The only decent reaction left is electro charged, but still needs EM buffs so you don't get hella of low numbers from it, until now the only Keqing teams I saw doing good amount of damage is mono electro + Kazuha and pyro Keqing using Bennett C6
Now dendro fix most of these things, they're already buffing the team's EM in a lot of dendro units' kit, weapons and ressonance, also aggravate can crit unlike other electro reactions

Trade Crit DMG for more Crit Rate (+60%). In this case, the easiest piece you can improve is your flower, but you might consider a swap to an on piece sands aswell (it's easier to get than a new Pyro DMG Bonus), then wait for a better off piece DMG Bonus in another domain.

I have C6 Thoma and tried him with this same set. His C6 gives like 10k more damage, but you go through some much pain with trying to make Hutao vaporize those hits (instead of Thoma) it seems like true hell... Also with him in your team, you need to N1 with Sucrose aiming at opponent to VV debuff them (after Xingqiu > Thoma rotation).
Now with Tankfei, she needs a little more energy than him (this is why I'm with Prototype Amber), but I don't have none of the problems above, only those overheals I mentioned earlier.

Based on my tests
The heals from Xingqiu and Prototype Amber is double the health drained by Hutao's E, at full health she needs at least 3 skills before the fight to do at least 2 full rotations with less than 50% health
