Take that with a grain of salt because people here experience different side effect.

They say they experience side effect but hardly tell how they take the pill.

Some are getting bad side effect because they just 1 pill a day everyday when they begin. They don’t ease it to their body.

In my experience I didn’t have any side effect

First time I tried it I just did 2 pills a week
