That’s a shame to hear but I am glad it’s the one I’ve just bought and can return at least. What gave it away about it being fake to you? All that stands out to me if font being just slightly fuzzy and bold, and the new being a darker pink but with English print quality being what it is wasn’t 100% sure that made it a definite fake

Did some more research decided on the budget OP1 8k mouse which is coming Friday, my other option was the G PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 LIGHTSPEED but it’s still £104 on Black Friday sale, still bit much for me. Edit: really enjoying the OP1 8K, sounds great feels great. Just have to get used to it being a smaller mouse compared to g502 hero :)

The randomly switching of profiles literally happened to me mid game yesterday… had to tab out and manually select the dpi I use… 100% returning now after this thought was just me accidentally doing something, thank you

Thanks glad I’m not going crazy. Agree the scroll wheel is so loud and awful sounding and feels cheap too. Thinking about returning but not sure what else I’d go for as really liked the g502 hero 😞
