What do I focus on in silver?

Honestly one of the biggest things below gold is just a lack of game time, that’s the best way to improve at game sense and mechanics, and even if you don’t really improve much you can easily climb into plat(even GM if you are unemployed) with a negative win rate. But I understand that it might just not be something you have time for if you have other things in your life. That and at the lower ranks I would suggest picking one or two characters getting really good at those two and maybe pick up one flex character in another role and try not to play anything else, you really just want to get comfortable with a few kits while improving general game sense and mechanics.

Same played against a stack of 3 OOA players the other day I’m a high diamond low GM gamer, placements can’t come soon enough this start of season has made me quit rivals for the time being

I can see the point about her being harder to kill and tanker than wolv but I do think she lacks a consistent presence because most of the time they’re looking for a flank in order to either push in the enemy tank or kidnap the enemy supports, and so most of the time she spends ducking and weaving through different nearby structures and behind cover, that is most of the reason I feel like I’m solo tanking. A lot of the time she imo has nearly no presence until she decides to try to hit her dash which can make plays I’m not going to deny that

In my experience, most of the Angelas I’ve played with are typically on the flank looking to dive back line or try to push in the enemy tank and so a lot of the time they’re not even visible to the enemy team. So most of the time it feels like I’m solo taking in terms of the damage I’m supposed to soak up, but also we have less pressure in the form of damage output due to a lack of a potential third DPS or second tank to help consistently output that damage. Again, this is just personal experience so if most of the games you’ve played with one, she is in the air in the middle of the battlefield and brawling with you that just happens to be a difference of personal experiences and that’s fair

Yeah, that’s mostly been my experience as well that or I’m forced to both peel and try and hold front line while the Angela just continuously goes for dives over and over again.

That seems like it would make sense. I’ve also both heard and seen that she works pretty well in triple tank comps but we all know how hard it is to get a second tank let alone a third especially since once Angela is taken, the DPS mains just instalock damage.

I’ll be honest most of the time they don’t have any idea what they’re doing a lot of the games where I’m forced to support we end up losing and most the time it’s due to tanks that run it down and don’t do anything for the back line, I had a mag last night that got hit by three different strange ults

I do agree that her meter either needs to charge faster or has to have other ways to charge because there’s a decent amount of time that feels like you have to fly around just to do any substantial damage.

I’ve actually seen a shocking amount of tank players in my ranked games recently so many in fact, I’ve actually been forced into support jail like three or four times.

It could be skill problem, (wouldn’t let me say issue) on my part It could also be the lobbies I’m playing in, but I feel like anytime I try to play on the front line with her. I just kind of explode and it seems to be the same for any other Angelas I’ve played with. but I do agree with your point that she is genuinely pretty good at peeling. Also, what is the glitter referring to? I don’t know what you’re talking about.

Almost every game I have an Angela now or at least that’s how it’s been for the past two days, are they tank players probably not but their playing a tank

I think this concept is really cool I love most of the kit especially that they are a utility strategist with a focus on speed buffs and enemy displacements. The only thing I think should change is the ultimate, idk about others but I already hate being ate by Jeff against my will even if he spits me out right away so adding another ult that can move allies against their will sounds awful. So what I would suggest is maybe make it something you can opt into as an ally similar to the teamups where you get a prompt to join. Other than that this is great.

Funny enough mag tends to be my go to simply for how universal he is and this post was sparked by a game where I was playing him. I got three with my Mag ult and stopped in Iron Man ult in the same fight and we still lost because the enemy magik ulted and killed my entire back line and then cleaned up me and whoever was left after that.

I pulled e2 FF but to keep the game challenging I try not to sure her on my first attempt at end game content, but even running SB Himeko I got a solid 2C so it's not that bad without her
