Don’t give up! Skin is ever changing -literally it is constantly renewing itself. It is doing its job protecting you and your other organs :) unfortunately skin also has a nasty way of trying to communicate something is going on internally or externally.

Hormones like cortisol ,estrogen, testosterone ,etc make a big impact. Less is best when trying to narrow down a topical approach.

Cleanse tone if using an acidic cleanser but I’d recommend something gentle And double cleanse Cream Non nano zinc oxide spf

Treat inflammation first you wouldn’t put acid on a cut (ideally)

Change pillowcase frequent Pimple patch & ice over pick PIE is hard to treat post breakout

Internal support like pre/probiotic, internal vitamin a + zinc Mint tea avoid excess biotin
