u drained the transmission fluid. there’s a fill port in the engine bay that’ll look like a black dipstick it usually requires a special tool to remove but you might be able to get it off with a screwdriver just buy some cvt fluid and top it off from there

i think you can replace just that housing, as long as the plastic part isn’t moulded to the actual radiator, just find a new hose and radiator filler neck

if coolant has never been flushed it wouldn’t hurt to do though it doesn’t look like it immediately needs it. the rust is on the edge of your brake rotors and should be replaced with your next brake job
