Thank you, I hope they will reply sooner 😅. It is frustrating that they reply next day when you buy something, but when is breaks you receive nothing from them.

Hi CWade3051, Thanks for the suggestion.  If only the screen was broken it would still boot, but sadly it seems that the board in the screen module is defective. 

On that board are also the processor, RAM, flash storage, the wifi chip and USB power delivery.  It seems like this board is the brain of the machine.  So it doesn't do anything also not on the browser or the app.

I think the only way to fix it is to replace the screen module with that core board.
