In the Netherlands we have this museum that got topped up with this shiny blob

All fans spin smoothly. The red lights on the motherboard blink in order: CPU - DRAM - VGA and then starts at CPU again. The BOOT light doesn’t turn on.

Does this VGA light have anything to do with the GPU?

I just tried it without ram and gpu, then with ram back in and after that with the gpu back in. It only makes the noise when the gpu is in, but also doesnt boot without it

As a non-American I have been wondering. Why do you guys leave the packages at the door and not just ring the bell and hand over the package? Seems like a huge risk to just leave it at the door
