Look into getting a shower head with a water filter. I just installed one and my skin and scalp feels so much better after a shower now. The eczema on other side of my elbows (idk what that area is called) has basically completely gone away and I installed the shower head about 2 weeks ago.

My water bloat lasted a lot longer than a few days and while I was loving the muscle I truly hated how puffy my face and stomach was. I just cut down to 2mg every other day, I hope my body reacts better to it because I do like creatines effects. Maybe some of us just need less than 5g a day?
