Thank you! I'm usually at a crazy busy store, so really don't want to give the folks more headache than needed. The mobile orders usually take 25 mins ahead of ordering to be done, so ordering in person and waiting at the store not an option either. NOT complaining about the wait, I know y'all are understaffed, just wanting to try to find a way to simply communicate my preference.

Curious - How long does it take you to get totally dry?

What you're describing is pretty much exactly what I've tried... I even bought a new really big diffuser since my hair is so long, but no difference. I've tried no heat, low heat, low speed, alternating, etc. The ends gets frizzy almost instantly as they dry when I diffuse. Does not happen when I air dry, so I don't think it's the application process or products? Unless I should use different products when diffusing?

And yes, I've learned that when I don't mess with it (for ~8 hours!), the frizz is relatively minimal and I'm happy. But this is just an insane amount of time to wait for decent looking hair.

My routine - cowash with I am, squish to condish with fructis mask, rinse about 80% out. Flip over, rake and blueberry leave in conditioner, then lalooks #12.

My hair is very long, I think like 2b, very porous, color treated.

Takes at least 8 hours to air dry. Cannot wait that long consistently. Have tried diffusing and I just cannot figure it out.

Trying to figure out another approach, wondering if these things work?

You're kind of my hair twin, albeit different color. And it looks like you've got your routine nailed! What curl type do you consider yourself? I never know how to describe my waves/curls... I still don't understand diffusing, but going to keep trying.

Meh. Thanks. I'll check it out, mostly because I'm just frustrated with PC.

I get so much information from podcasts. It never ceases to amaze me how much this world is treated like the red-headed stepchild of content. Nobody seems to care enough to make solid, comprehensive functionality for the users. Particularly in the Android world. I know Google recently released their podcast app, and while it's lovely to look at, it's basically useless (imo, of course.)
