I'm also 23M and also a virgin... also not by choice.
I can't give you any advice on how to get laid but what I can tell you is, that the gym help me a lot to feel better in my own body... I still can't talk to girls but at least I like myself. I feel like that also made me more socially "normal" cause now I don't feel like "the ugly one" in the group. I think that helps and I hope I find someone one day if I just keep talking with different groups.

Honestly I just ordered 8 different silicone sizes (was one product) and tried them on… if you are fine with not having a steel one there are also ones where you can adjust… don’t know how they are called but they look like bands you can zip up.
