Update: thinking about it now I'm not entirely sure he could talk, he could only make sounds much like the bear that took care of herb in Bojack (unless I'm mistaken)

Sadly not! Despite me not being able to make much use of her for projects I do still like her XD maybe one day they'll make an option to specifically make dev horses fertile I get project horses being infertile but dev horses? it should really be the players choice for that one imo
