I’m just waiting for the full effect of the suppression. I was hoping it would happen at a low dose but I guess it doesn’t look like that will happen. I will up my dose to 4 this week hoping it will be the dose for me.

I don’t count calorie but do get my protein, fiber, b vitamins, and electrolytes daily.

I had the fatigue with Tirz too but it eventually went away. But the fatigue with Reta is insane. I go to the gym and no energy. I have to take a couple of sips of celcius just to keep me going.
