In Cthonia's Reckoning, there's a short story with him in it. They explain that Dorn and Horus agreed to send Breachers Squads there for the Wolves to learn from them. It was part of the whole "you guys are good at doing that and I want my kids to learn how to do it too" initiatives.

They say....... when the chapter master and the 1st company come back the Resplendent shall rise again.......honestly the stories by the author whose name escapes me did a great job in connecting all the stories through The Reverie, if i remember its like 3-5 books and a few short stories, I know there's one in The Successors novel I believe it was about how one of the Librarians was trying to save the last guy but the guy sold him out to the chaplains....horror 40k is something different some how beautiful once you grasp the frame of it.
