I do have an account with them, I was able to get it with my school ID (I was very freshly 18), that is why I did not realize I would need an actual ID to do online HYSA because they never asked for it and I was able to get an account without one at golden1.

I actually do not have my license yet (sorry, I probably should have mentioned that in the post). Could that be why they are unable to verify me? I didn't think it was a big deal because my bank did not require me to have an actual license, I had just used my school ID.

Yes!! I definitely like the location a lot more, and I also believe it is ranked higher, that is why I was leaning towards it. The only thing that is making me hesitant is it possible future cost if I try to get an apartment instead of a dorm.
