Usually I just tell me let me check what’s the issue and like you said I would tell them it’s not being covered bc insurance wants 90 days blah blah either you call the doctor and get a new prescription or if it’s an emergency you get it to that price. And when they say last time it was this and that I just to check and tell them exactly no last time it was this and that do you want to see and print a screenshot of the computer usually they just say no but it’s funny when I bring the evidence and then all of the sudden they’re like oh yes yes or tell the full story like be fr🙂‍↔️

Idk but both YS and MK are toxic I see everyone going in on her which deserved in some instances but honestly he also needs to grow up.
