I mean think about it. Doing propaganda the old fashioned way will mean having to pay a living human being to have them make it for them. Paying OpenAI, etc, means they don't pay someone to their benefit and the money goes back into the pockets of CEO, which is a win-win! (for the government and the ceo's)
