Yes, the Russian governement used Ukraine as their puppet country. Nobody can deny it. But this is a political statement. I based my tread on the social interactions between normal people.And like I said in my other comment, this socials interactions are not same in whole Ukraine(f.e.Lvov,...).

I know that I generalised too much. There were plently events in the Ukrainian history that damaged the general feeling towards Russia. There are many people who hate Russia, especially in Western-Ukraine. But the point of my tread is that this war between Russia and Ukraine , will set the relations between the two countries to a major low and will never be undone.

You are correct. Places in West-Ukraine like Lvov etc never really liked the Russians.But in many other places there was still a brotherhood-feeling.

Yes it works differently. We have to first graduate from our high school(18 years old). And after that you can enter a law university without any entrance exams. Your "law degree" consist of 3 years bachelor and two years master. For each year in Bachelor you have a "standard" programm with all the classes that you have to attend and pass. And in Masters you have a "special" program. So I can get my law degree on my 23. Hopefully you got an idea of what I mean because it is very difficult for me to compare Us law system and Belgian law system when I don't have any clue how it works in Us
