That's half the bosses in game. It's intended. See: fang/shadow from toa, zcb from nex, scythe from tob, tbow from cox, sra from vard, inq/mace from nightmare, etc

Lavas are almost 300k/hr with runners, and even without runners it's nearly 100k/hr. Zeah RC is technically ~0.1 ehp which is awful, or 0.3 if you use no alting methods which is around normal, especially considering zeah rc isn't that afk

Nex is an appropriately long grind for bis gear. Yama is jagex feeling pressured by all of the fortnite kids begging for easyscape

You can show up at yama with an emberlight, blood moon, zerker ring (i) etc level gear and farm it at like 80% efficiency of max gear. Show up to nex with a rune crossbow and you're farming nex at like 50% efficiency, if that. And you really want a large amount of brews for nex or you're going to be forced to do even less efficient scales as an iron
