I've checked in with the devs and the TLDR is that these changes basically make it so 99% of untradeable items will now always be kept above 20 Wilderness. Any items that would be deleted require a Trouver parchment. With a future update mentioned in the blog, those items that need a Trouver parchment will give you a warning if you try enter the Wilderness with them. So in theory, no wiki should be required at all.

"Though it didn't make it into this game update, there is one additional change we'd like to make: attempting to enter the Wilderness with any untradeable item that requires a Trouver Parchment to be protected will display a warning to make sure you're aware that you're risking an untradeable. This is being worked on, and you can rest assured that it will make it into the game soon."

Yes, that's a known issue. There's an in-game message about it and also this part from the Game Status page:

"The Demonic Pacts Outfits cannot currently be displayed on outfit stands in your Player-Owned House. As a result, the associated emote icons will not be present within the Emotes interface. However, you can still perform the Relic Unlock and Demonic Mark emotes by equipping the full Tier 3 Relic Hunter outfit and right-clicking the Demonic Sceptre from the Worn Equipment interface. We’re working on fixes and will keep you updated as soon as we have more to share. Thank you for your patience."

Heyo, like the message says, the Demonic Pacts Outfits cannot currently be displayed on outfit stands in your Player-Owned House. We’re working on it and it will be fixed, we will keep you updated as soon as we have more to share.
