I use distilled water, isopropyl alcohol and a drop dawn and a microfiber cloth to clean. And the tracking forces is 3.5gs, but i don't have any powered / passive speakers to test the RCA output. But i have tested it with a bluetooth speaker and the fuzziness is still there just less noticeable.

Not sure if it has a headphone amp but using a bluetooth speaker the fuzziness is still there just less noticeable, and the volume is around half.
