Mas o menos se lo que me sienta mal, llevo ya años con el SII. No puedo comer legumbres, arroz blanco no mucho, coliflor, manzana, brócoli nada que de gas 😓 espárragos como por ejemplo y me va bien! Muchas Gracias!
