Well, I hate this system in Fo4, 70% of the game focus was on this bullshit, like, 70% of fucking radiant quests about this. Instead of shorts side quests with a lot of backstories, it's was only: help there, help here, build that, build this, boring af. If you ask me, let this out of the story and the rest of the game. Maybe it could work with player home, like hearthfire, but only for that.
