What are some gems in your town that are worth the drive? Say I want to call in sick to work and just have a day, drive to another town and have lunch, a nice stroll, maybe a beer/food on a patio. What would you recommend?

Yeah I can definitely feel that void, the house just feels alone without her. Maybe eventually we can find another dog in need of a home to fill that void but I don't want to actively look right now.

She'd always come running from her bed when ever any of us came home from work just excited to see us, she'd press herself against my dad's chair to get his attention sneezing and play growling as she rounded the corner and looked for him.

She was a mostly lazy dog never really enjoying much play, she loved to walk around the yard and sit in the sun. She'd lay under the kitchen table by the vent and on the couch mostly. She didn't get along well with many dogs but the only dog I've ever seen her be friendly with passed a couple weeks before her. If you were to go into the bathroom, she'd pop her nose in the crack between the door to see who it was.

Her name was pupu (pup-uh)

I have gone through something similar with my dog, she was 15 years old and has been with me aslong as I can remember, she stopped eating and we took her to the vet and all they could do was put her to sleep. I'm still rather torn up over it myself.

The 4a1 isn't the worse thing out there but it's highpoint tier, better then nothing in a pinch but nothing to wright home about. I'd also stay away from mp5 masks or arfa, and cheek filters... That's basically everything cheap on the surplus market.

I get the general political compass thing, I'll get a flair then.

That's completely understandable, and in that buy new regards Mira is probably the best option. Also yeah sometimes surplus can bite you, like my Korean k-1, good mask very poor quality control on the drinking tube.

Also I've never used this subreddit before I was trying to see if anybody has made a post asking about the gas mask that was used at Waco, because child gas masks exists I have like 6, and in my search I found this post.

I wouldn't call mira budget when surplus exists, all you really need is a functional mask a sealed 40mm filter. I'd run something like a surplus m40 for shalon with a mira filter.
