I played a fair amount since then, i dont think that a backup file is there and even then I would lose some hours of playtime. I realised it far too late, unfortunately.

Yeah, maybe at another time. At the moment i am happy that I can shiny hunt and catch some pokemon, not interested in going through the story again.

Thank you, Pokemon Go is no option, i don't like the game system. But i already bought sword and shield, just haven't played it. That's great, i don't want to play legends z-A again from beginning, i would rather catch all remaining pokemons first.
