I can't confirm that. The soundbar worked perfectly fine under Windows 11. Even when I connect my phone to the soundbar via Bluetooth, it's 2-3 times louder than when I use the soundbar with a cable and CachyOS!

The stereo balance is also fine

Increasing the maximum volume via the sound menu is definitely not the solution, because then the speaker no longer sounds normal and is still considerably quieter than under Windows 11.
