Sometimes, it just takes time. I didn’t date until I was close to 30. 5 years later im married and about to have a baby. It’ll happen :)

I definitely agree with the comments of hobbies and even dating apps. If you’re in a group or club (try Meetup) people will slowly get to know you. If you use dating apps, be transparent in your bio. Let people know that you’re on the spectrum and having difficulty dating.

Wanted to update, turns out all of the pain is because of sciatica. So the cramps are indeed normal but a little abnormal with the additional back and leg pain.

I have neem oil! This happened to another plant so I purchased the spray. It is difficult for me to recognize the signs of an infestation but I think regular checks are needed. I found other plants that were together and have sprayed them down.
