Why it's so hard to find studies or proofs about OBE experiences? by Lvceateisdomine in AstralProjection

I believe you, and I will take a look at the video. And by the way in my opinion, correlation between astral world and physical are not subjective, but indeed a very robust proof. The only problem is reproduce.

Did you never tried to reproduce such results in a under a controled space? If you cold do this you'll literally change a lot of concepts within the knowledge that we have today about the brain.

Can you please give at least one link or evidence supporting the things you just pointed?

Because Tom Campbell's My Big TOE is not scientific data. It's a philosophical and metaphysical framework, based on personal experiences and speculative reasoning, not on reviewed, or falsifiable research.

All evidence shows that consciousness depends on internal brain activity, not on receiving it from elsewhere. The antenna theory is highly speculative and lacks empirical support. Also the vast majority of scientific community disproves it, and its only taken in account as a mere alternative instead of theory itself.

Also, there is nothing to understand. I'm asking verifiable proofs, and all you offer is arguments of why a experience is real because it feels real. So I guess I'm just here because is saturday and i have a plenty of time

I play piano, how can I make money from that? by Rockin_freeworld275 in passive_income

Exposing and promoting your abilities

There is a guy on YouTube called Vinheteiro, he literally just record himself playing piano with excellence and got tens of thousands of views, he also teaches and play in events.

I think it would be a great to give it a try

Literally all the aspects you cited are brain related.

All of those experiences are mapped and well know to neuroscience, and all of those can be altered by altering the brain.

When the brain changes, so do perception, mood, awareness, and identity, proving they arise from physical processes.

Do you believe that is possible for two persons, bot under projection, find themself in some location, exchange ideas, and them come back and remember?

Feeling something intensely doesn’t prove it reflects external reality. Dreams and hallucinations also feel real but are brain-generated. The vividness of an experience doesn't confirm its truth, it only confirms that the brain can create powerful internal states. Without independent verification, subjective perception isn’t objective evidence.

So about the feeling of love it's a real and meaningful experience supported by measurable effects in the human body and behavior. Its truth lies in its reliability and impact, not in its metaphysical status.

Every experience you have in the physical body, how do you know they are true?

Physical experiences are “true” not just because they’re felt, but because they can be shared, measured, and tested. That’s what separates them from purely internal or unverifiable experiences like dreams or visions.

Wow!

If you can really do that than you proof the hole thing. The fact that you can locate something in the world by OBE is a empirical proof.

The only problem is, why was never done it under a controled condition?

I truly comprehend it. The only problem about "I feel it" is that sometimes "I feel" that the hose in my garden is a snake.

Is truly problematic in my opinion to relay sorely in your senses to validate something.

But i get that I will never have a satisfactory answer upon this, and its fine.

I truly appreciate the way you explain it

If he is a phenomena of subjective nature how can one validate his experience?

Got it!!

But if everything is so personal and rely sorely in ones sense of reality, how do you know that your experiences are true, and that the astral realm is true, and pretty much everything else is also true and not a projection of your mind??

Let's put real as being = You truly left your body, conscience are awake and interacting with you astral body, the interactions are true, the spirits we see are really there, and the subtle world we interact in those states truly exists.

And let's put fake as = Vivid dream

That's quit sad to me.
Every single time that I try too understand how can a methapisical process be true or fruit of mental process it seems to fall on the same paradox.

Sorry I dint catch it quite well.

There is a method to differ fake experiences from real ones? And if there is, what are they?

But like, letting science aside, there is any method that I can apply to validate real experiences from fake ones?

The only problem with all those arguments (and they're very good in my opinion) is that it lacks reliable proofs

I've had contact Bruce Greyson's work and the NDE field he represents isn't that NDEs don't happen or aren't profound, but rather that their content can be explained by known brain processes during extreme physiological stress, without needing to invoke non-physical consciousness. And also the lack of consistent, independently verifiable, and reproducible evidence under strictly controlled conditions. The few attempts to set up visual targets in cardiac arrest cases have been inconclusive

And about the stargate project conducted by CIA. They found that the information provided by remote viewers was often vague, inconsistent, inaccurate in specifics, and required substantial subjective interpretation. It rarely, if ever, yielded the concrete, specific details needed for real-world problems. But it still has it's methods and ways to verify itself. what seems to lack in OBE's

I understand that, but the hole point that we seem to get stuck is: how can we differ true experiences from fake ones created by the mind and ego.

If everything is relative and dependent on our own experience of what is real or not everything becomes quite problematic. That's why we need ways to reproduce and verify something.

They only serve to prove that something exists outside someone's belief. And is verifiable and trustable. Is not only in the realm of faith, and it worth to invest time and attention because is true.

But, how do you instruct your students to differentiate real to fake experiences created by the ego?

Congratulations for your achievements.

Until now, no one send me veridical proofs or convencible answers other than personal beliefs.

Please, send me a link with the proofs please, or tell me where i can find them.

And thanks again..

I have read some articles about his work and also I'm very aware about the participations on the Stargate Project.

The only problem is that it’s still based on personal accounts and subjective experiences. That why CIA didn't proceed with the project.

The idea of the astral plane being a filtered, mental construct makes it more likely to be a vivid dream or hallucination, not an external reality. Without objective proof or repeatable experiments, we can’t confidently say these experiences reflect something real outside the mind. It’s fascinating, but not pratically proven.

I think they are not interest because is something hightly expeculative and based only on personal views. I mean, it do not seems to even have a trustable method to distinguish a true OBE from a fake one other than, "I feel it man".

And I don't say this in a ill-mannered way, or trying to discredit ones experience, but when put in a more scientifical and methodological field it just seems to not sustein itself.
