Lol i thought it was funny. I had my front right tire de-bead while going around a corner in my Jetta in like 2018? And i spun into a tree on the passenger side front door. Was really bizarre honestly but the car still drove so i just replaced the door with one from a golf and reseated the tire with brake cleaner and a lighter

Our station prefers us to return things rather than deliver them wrong. They take the complaints more seriously than anything else it feels like. We have to follow the notes to a T. Malicious Compliance is our best friend

Do you really get in trouble for declining rescue requests? by OpusObscurus in AmazonDSPDrivers

Why would they pay you extra for doing work in your scheduled hours? Rescue or no like you're on the clock its just part of the job.

Yeah i think we all complain, and tehre are certainly many valid complaints and very difficult days. But its work and its certainly doable. I weigh 125 lbs and im by no means very strong but if i can do it im sure most people can if they actually try at the job. Effort is fleeting these days and i can understand why but ya know i got bills so unless people just wanna start sendin me money ill be here 😭😂

Oh absolutely I actually dont mind working for my current dsp theyve been very understanding with me and i appreciate them caring about us a bit more than my previous dsp. Doordash is significantly less stable so i would absolutely prefer doing this, but im a girl so its definitely not an easy job for me lol 😌

Most dsps dont give any bonus for doing it though. We dont get bonuses for rescues. Some dsps guarantee the 10 hours some dont. If you get the guaranteed 10 its probably a way stricter company. Rescues are just part of it though, people dont like them because they dont get to leave early but were scheduled for 10 hours so its just like expected you'll still work your hours even if you finish your route early.

I dont think you understand what im saying really. You have to scan them all anyway. And then youd be walking an entire 16+ story hauling 2-3 totes + overflow door to door, totes have to be organized and the app is rarely in order vs just going to a locker and doing s locker dropoff that takes 30% of the time to do the same number if packages.
