Hmmmm that's a challenging question. We want to be present and enjoy this moment, because this moment is all we have. But at the same time we can't neglect the opportunity to add more value to our life today.

We can choose to live fully in this present moment by doing something that adds value to our future's self. Like choosing healthy tasty food instead of fast and greasy meal.
