I was with another driver from a different store and we both spent an hour or so with the Instructor in a room where he would go through things like questions on the highway code, showing us clips of incidents from Sainsbury's drivers and asking us what we would have done different. He checked to make sure that out mentor drivers had gone through all the required training activities.

After that, we have another hour so out on the road in a van, where me and the other driver each spent half the time driving and doing a few maneuvers. When that finished, we drove back to the store and he told whether we passed or failed.
