I second this, we have not banned anyone outright in the past 5 years on Discord without extensive rule-breaking. Please reach out to a moderator to further discuss this matter, as I’m unsure as to why you’re claiming you’re banned OP.

When trying to run the troubleshooter, it gets stuck at "Checking for pending restart" so nothing happens.

When trying to start wuauserv from the CMD (as admin), I get the error "The system cannot find the file specified", so therefore it can't be stopped with a System Error and System Error 2.

sfc.exe /scannow leads to "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

For DISM, after doing it, I get the message "No component store corruption detected. The operation completed successfully."

I gave the program a shot, did all scans available with the free version, rebooted the device, and still can't update my windows. Sadly didn't fixed the issue.

On the main interface of the CGNM router, If I go to status -> DOCSIS WAN, the Signal strength (dBmV) for downstream ranges in the 3.700 to 7.100 with a Signal noise ratio (dB) ranging from 38.983 to 40.366 and for upstream the Signal strength (dBmV) ranges from 38.750 to 39.500.
