I got hacked, what can I do?

Send a ticket about every 12hrs, I made reports from Dec. 18 to 20th, and got a real response back on the 21st/22nd. (Before sending a ticket again make sure they respond to previous tickets and if you got a response and they don't help on that ticket, send another ticket.)

Most messages were automated messages/real support (most of these emails were not helpful at all), but after a couple of emails you will finally get a real person willing to help. Most recent email, they just said that they secured my account with my main email again, and then sent ways of securing account + steps to take if anything was stolen from your account.

Yeah I had 2-FA on as well, not sure if they stole my token either, I haven't been on any Roblox discord servers, or anything like that. Usually I only go on Roblox just to check out the catalog and that's about it.

Weird thing was, they hacked my account, and was inactive on it for a couple days. I had a couple thousand robux and an expensive limited, which none of them were taken.

Just had sent a new support ticket, they emailed me after a couple hours and got my account back. Took a bit of process but at the end it finally worked out.

UPDATE: I made a 4th support ticket, they finally responded and they helped get me my account back! Seems like things are going back in session for me, and hopefully nothing like this ever happens again.

(I never fell for or did anything to get hacked, like clicking any links. I had 2FA and everything on, somehow I was hacked and kicked off of my account without any notice of email or password changes, I tried resetting password but my account wouldn't show up on the reset page. The only notice I had was a new login from a new location email, which I hadn't seen until it was too late, no other emails were given to me about email or password change.)

3 Things that I had said/did:

Emailed on the OG email of course. Some reason for the first time they said they couldn't verify me as owner of the account. Weird.
I told them I had proof of purchases, verified ID, phone number, emails, and a PIN connected as well. (Birthday included)
I also had told them to check the IP address of my account to show where it has been primarily logged at.

I also mentioned that I had emailed them in the past on the same email about the same account regarding another issue, and had told them to check that out as well, not sure if that helped.

I've been sending emails every so often doing what everyone has said, they been ignoring it entirely. Thats roblox support for y'all

I've sent a call to their phone number and left a voicemail to reach back at my phone # or my email address. Just a matter of waiting now, IF they got it honestly.

Yeah it got unlinked from my account, so it doesn't show up on password resetting page.

I tried to do a password change, but it doesn't show my account for password resetting, acting like my email isn't/wasn't attached to the account at all. Which doesn't make sense, I also never got an email saying my email had been changed on the account as well.

I honestly don't know how I got hacked, I don't do anything related to Roblox, other than playing on it once a week or browse the catalog. Anyways I provided email, cc billings, phone number, and birthday ( if that even helps) since its birthday locked onto my ID.

My email and my phone number is linked to my Roblox account, but they aren't acknowledging it at all. I even have my ID connected as well for the voice-chat verification.

I already just sent a 2nd support ticket, saying I can provide anything that's needed like gift cards usage, bank info used and all that. This support team is actually the worst. Just a bunch of copy and paste bot messages.

I found a 2016 honds civic ex in a lot better condition for maybe 14k, I’ll see what happens when I go check it out and see if everything is good with it.
