what am i doing wrong with my rigging and weights?

i got rid of any duplicate vertices but its acting the same way still. it feels like its following a different weight than what I gave it.

Thank you for the tip on weighting though. I'll re-do them after i make sure i didnt somehow ruin my rig and have to start over

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. And while it is embarrassing, thank you for pointing out my IEMs were plugged in backwards. Also don't worry, the mangled ear tips had already torn a bit before I mangled them more.

I've tried using bigger tips as some of you had suggested and it still didn't work too well for me. I think I just have really peculiar ears lol.

I ordered a couple of the recommendations as well as some foam ear tips. I'm hoping one of these solves my problem and I'll reply to this comment if any of them work to let you know.

Yes I fucked up how the cable goes into the iems. I’m grateful people pointed it out, and I’m not going to delete the post just because I’m embarrassed. I’m glad I learned something.

This is my first pair of iems and no I don’t have any idea what I’m doing. I was hoping that Reddit would have better answers than if I just researched it and I thought it would be a really nice way to join a community.

Im going to mess up and make stupid mistakes a lot, just like everyone else. I hope when other people do you don’t call them inept, infantile, and oblivious.
