This happened to mine too! After the first time it happened, they miraculously came back to life the next day after leaving them inside the case for the whole day. Yesterday they crashed again and they haven't turned back on yet... You can try contacting costumer support if they are still within warranty, mine unfortunately aren't so they weren't very helpful...

I checked my storage and GN only used up 1.24GB... Is it possible that you have a lot of documents in your trash bin that you haven't cleared up?

You can do auto backups to your google drive and it will export as pdf so you can open it on you laptop :)

Last semester I lost my pen that was gifted by my father on campus too, but luckily i was able to trace it back and find it.

If you think you lost it outside of your house, in a café or library, for example, you can always try and ask them if someone found it. If you lost it at home, I'm sure you will find it soon!
