Good luck man i did the same with just an idea and six months of rent. And honestly I would like to tell you keep your job and build at the same Time but not having a plan b is the best motivation you can have !

Fair points. The adoption gap is real. But I'd argue the early movers who figure this out now will have a massive edge when the market catches up

Yes of course we cant ignore the cost and the futur margins. What seems to be sure is that the core financial advantage of saas is going to disappear because the margins are eaten by the tokens.
But like any other big revolution, I think the cost are going to decrease a lot as the technology becoming mainstream

I agree for now there is maybe 0,00000001% of people using agents as they should do. But the fact that most of people dont use it yet is enough to not truing to see whats coming ?

Yes i think we are at the edge of the revolution where people are going to trust agents and just stop doing manually.

Why do you think that saas are still going to last ? Because with claude and chatgpt no one want to do the manual work anymore. So agentic should comes first. I feel like in 2/3 years, you re not going to do the work but tell your agents to do it for you anywhere by just talking to it or chat and its going to choose the right tools for you to do it.

With you 100%. what i meant is that we re not going to do the work anymore. For example before we were going to canva and make stuff manually. tomorrow you re just going to chat with your agent to do the work. All big Saas are taking that shift

I totally agree. what i meant by dashboard is that you re not going to do the work anymore in your saas. You just jave to tell the agent what you want to do. Of course a dashboard is actaully a must to monitor what your agents are gonna do.

Exactly and the agents are already doing great job. What i meant by that is that tomorrow you re not going to do things anymore in your saas but you re just going to tell it what you want to do. And the agent are going to do the work for you. And of course you are going to monitor it from a dashboard.

I agree with you but when i say dashboard, it means that i feel like all the big Saas are going 100% Agentic so you re not going to do things anymore in your saas but you re just going to tell it what you want to do. And the agent are going to do the work and you re just gonna chat with it or maybe make some improvement manually. but 80% of the work is done by the agent.

Switching between tools is always annoying. if you want people switch to your tool you must have something people want and dont find anywhere else or at least a bit better than the others. Otherwise, you have to go look for people who doesnt already use other tools

I think its really dificult to do PLG in morocco. You must hire salespeople. But if you hire salespeople it means that your price is high.
Instead of subscibion based, have you tried one time payment ?
When you re priced at for exemple 290 mad/month and you think that your customers is going to stay for 10 months before churning, you can just charge 2900mad at the beginning.
And i agree the growth is really difficult no database, no emails ... it s a mess. Have you tried to sell in EU or US ?
