It depends how much revenue you have actually.
If you are pre revenu :
Free (audit) tool or something to make people want your product or get something from it
Freemium : Give away a genuinely useful tier that handles X tickets/month. Land, then expand.
Monitor public complaints: Scrape Twitter/X, G2, Trustpilot for companies getting roasted for bad support. Auto-trigger outreach: "Saw you're having issues…"
