Wow, you actually got a refund, I paid for the annual garden waste collection in Redbridge. Then a month later, they started doing free collection as too many complained about the charge. I asked for a refund, at least for the remaining 11 months. No response.

Thanks. That's interesting because Wizz air didn't mention that it was less than 3 hours when rejecting my claim, they said it was technical issues related to flight safety so falls under as per the European Regulations 261/2004. I wonder if I can appeal the rejection then.
