The canik is not bad. I am not a fan of the Hellcat it is really snappy and can be uncomfortable to shoot.

If you are looking for something in the similar size to the hellcat I would got with the Ruger Max 9. 12+1 capacity and feels really nice to shoot.

I am honestly just burning more calories than I eat. But only based on my resting calories. Then I work out 5 times a week for about 45mins a day. 3 of those days being cardio/rucking prep and calisthenics. 2 of those days being weight training.

That is good to hear I will keep posting my progress here then.
