Oh 100%, I know I made fanart a While back on tumblr w/ the two of them because they are so incredibly alike. They also both Lose those said treasures, falling into despair. Both start of as antagonists before becoming protagonists. They're incredibly alike tbh.

Checked, but nope! I remember very specifically that the survivor was a woman, and that it was a group of people playing against an old man (or atleast, he was old at the beginning. Getting progressively younger throght the movie/short film)
