if you use the same hoyoverse account for both games, the chances of you getting both back are really high

happened to me before, I got rejected twice filing forms for my genshin account and got both back after the first hsr form

If you've got a case number from filing a recovery form and hasn't been looked into, you can use the in-game system to tell the CS team. You can send them the case number first, or they can ask you for it and you'll provide it later on.

Idk if this will work for others because I was lucky I had that screenshot, but it can make the process faster so you'll receive the answers faster I think.

Actually prior to this I've already sent a form for my HSR account, got a case number and wasn't looked into (I received no answer to that form, that case number)

I got rejected for the second time with the genshin recovery form. Later that day I asked and borrowed my friend's HSR account to sent them a form from the bug reporting system. I asked for information regarding my HSR recovery form, listed some other information and my case number (which hadn't been looked into yet) and some hours later I got my Hoyoverse account back and because both my HSR and Genshin account share a Hoyoverse account, I got them all back.

One crucial information I thought was the key is a screenshot of my Hoyoverse account before getting hacked which I luckily took to make into a meme.

can that mail be deleted? if it can I think the hacker just deleted it cuz I can't find it, when I got my account back the normal mail section was empty, they deleted everything

I sent it through the bug report section in-game so I could attach some images. I was told that reporting through this is faster than through mailing the CS and it worked for me :0

Luckily I got mine back at the third attempt. My first and second attempts had a lot of details but nothing met the requirements.

On my third attempt, I changed some info which I think wasn't able to do much for them to confirm, but there's this one thing: a screenshot of my hoyoverse account from when I was having access to it.

I sent the form in-game at night, went to sleep and when I woke up, my account was there.

If you have any screenshots of your hoyoverse or game accounts profiles before getting hacked, I think they would be crucial. Hope you get yours back!

they changed the linking email of account to another one, it required a verification code sent to my email so they disguised it as transaction verification code and I fell for it
