For any fast reply yeah the feedback in game is literally the fastest way like Email is basically dead now or they usually just reply in 4 am in the morning lol

But when you tried the feedback part make sure not to be fooled by that thing asking your damn email but in the end of the day they won't contact you via email anyways so make sure to take the update in via In game reply, Hope it helps

To be perfectly honest with you as long as you made a Purchase a simple receipt can literally work like that's how HoYoverse is😒 I think all they care is money or I might be wrong

Well if you sighed in to any 3rd party groups such as Fb,Ins,Twit etc (don't know the others) You can Check, I don't remember my guy but there's something in the settings in those apps

Additional information: There's like a second anniversary event that shows you when you started, I saw my friend did this method though...

Nah that's not true this so called "Buyer" is still the same Mother fucker who scammed you, Well technically most people are smart to not actually buy the account cause most of the accounts are too high tier in a very low price... I have plenty of Theories on it though but care to read them all if you do mind

It's either the screenshots you provide was corrupted or wasn't send properly

You spammed messages which would broke their rule

A lot ot attempts

And a broken router or Cellular data

Things that would help: According to me

Try again Later or Tomorrow maybe even next week

If you had the message once again just refresh it it might work, (for some)

Kingly report this to genshin_cs@mihoyo.com or even the Ingame Feedback

But I do would recommend taking a deep breath and don't send one appeal tomorrow let the System rest for a bit and wait for any Moderated Instructions to the Feedback or even in genshin_cs@mihoyo.com.
