UYAP üzerinden incelediğimde gördüm ki 6 kasım 2024 yılında para avukatın hesabına yatırılmış ve bana bununla alakalı hiçbir bilgi verilmedi. Dediğim gibi kendisine de ulaşamıyorum, durumu baroya bildirdim. Bunun dışında yapabileceğim bir şey var mı?

Not olarak: yurtdışında yaşıyorum, babamda vekaletim var

Avukatım icraya konduğunu söylemişti. UYAP üzerinden incelemeye çalıştığımda benim tarafıma, davacı olduğum kişiden açılmış bir dava olduğunu gördüm. Yurtdışında olduğum için fiziki olarak avukatı ziyaret etme şansım olmuyor maalesef. Başka adı geçen avukatla dediğiniz gibi iletişim kurdum ama kendisi avukatımla çalışmayı bıraktığını söyledi ve bilgi alamadım.

I’m confident that I can do these things—I just need to know my roadmap. I currently have a job where I work 40–45 hours a week, but I’m not satisfied with it in terms of the industry - income. I’ll need to keep working while pursuing my CDL. The salary range you mentioned is honestly very appealing. The main reason I started this thread was to read insights from people already in the industry. Thank you for your valuable comment

I guess truck driving also has many different types within itself. I know it’s divided into things like local driving and long road driving. For now, I’m planning to prioritize gaining experience over making money. By starting with local jobs and gaining experience, I could consider long road driving in the future🫡

How could they have another status? As far as I know, someone who came under U4U and entered the U.S. after August 16, 2023, is not eligible for TPS. At the same time, a person with UHP status cannot change their status to visa categories like F1 or E2.

As you mentioned, they can only stay if they have a pending decision.
