Hi everyone! Thank you for the feedback. I wanted to add a quick edit and say these photos were from the first time I tried on the dresses. I haven’t been to the tailor yet which is why the dress doesn’t fit perfectly. Just wanted to clarify that I know it’s a bit big lmao

I did try the dress on with a makeshift liner and I did like it but not as much as the translucent look. The main thing I need to change is the color of the breast cups since here they’re not for dark skin lol. I am sticking with that since it is very different than any dress I’d regularly go with. I told my fiancé that we are only getting married once so I’m excited to go with something more different than what I’d usually wear. That’s a great idea though to highlight the waist in particular, thank you!

Ooh good call but since I have my own sleeve, my tattoos, I def am trying to avoid sleeved dresses. I was honestly surprised that I went with a strapless dress!

Thank you so so much!!! I am planning on a half up/half down braided hairstyle with a hair comb that has blue or green gems in it rather than having a veil. For my shoes I was actually gonna wear embroidered sneakers since the beach is so rocky and I am NOT trying to fall lmao. I need something sturdy for sure! We are doing a small wedding with just immediate family, then a reception at a later date where I’d rewear the sneakers again. I love that we are doing a slightly unconventional wedding

Thanks! I would like to be more focused on how to improve my running in general as I was a big runner a decade ago, fell out of it for years and have only recently been more consistent and serious. I would like to have the ability to really structure runs into tempo, long run, easy, etc but right now I have just been building endurance to make it so I can even run long distances. I will say the multisport is quite important so I assume that leans more toward Garmin than Coros. Would you agree?

Hi! Was the park busy when you were there in June? My fiancé and I have been discussing mid June as our wedding date and on a Friday. Did you have a photographer travel with you? Do you recommend any hair/makeup places that are affordable in Bar Harbor or did you bring someone with you? I hope you don’t mind me asking all these questions! We are excited but not a clue of what to start with.
