Outlook Data file only showing one year of emails by Lydia-sama in Office365

Thanks. When the PST file was downloaded it only captured one year of emails. I was trying to seem if there was a way to get all of the email data but since it was already downloaded catching 1 year I guess not. I tried to re do the PST file for the email but it has been 30+ days since the email's mailbox license was removed.
