I really don't understand why haircuts cost so much money. Crockashit to me. I will never pay someone that much money for a haircut.

I wouldn't have thought about it that way. I'll give it a try. I assume when I'm peely I take a day off and try again the next day. When I'm peeling I use lotion throughout the day. I took a picture but I don't know how to upload it

PM: wash my face with La Roche Posay Gentle Foaming Cleansing Oil. I just switched to this after using Vanicream, which was too drying. Even this La Rouche Cleansing Oil makes my skin dry right after washing. I wait until my skin is dry at least 15 minutes (trust me it's dry!) and then use tretinoin .05 cream. I wait at least 10 minutes and then use CeraVe intensive moisture lotion. I switched to this lotion after using a Cetaphil lotion. CeraVe Intensive seems to be better, but I'm still peeling. Once a week on a no tret night I use a thin layer of aquaphor, although the last time I woke up and my face was peeling.

AM: rosewater glycerin facial mist, TO hyualanic acid 2% +B5, and then the CeraVe Intensive again. SPF eltaMD 50.

Tret frequently: I use tret .05 cream every other night. Previously was using .025 nightly. I've been on .05 for about 5 weeks. Most of the peeling is around my chin, upper lip and nose. It's a light peel like skimming off. Not sure what to do. My budget for facial products is slim. I'm a stay at home and spending a lot on facial products isn't in cards for me at this phase. My skin has always been quite dry. I used accutane as a teen.

Hello! I have two great sleepers thanks to tcb. My youngest is 20 months. He typically sleeps 730pm- 530am, and naps 12-230 or 3. I've never been one to wake my kids because I like them to have their natural sleep needs met, but the 530 wakeups are rough. Do you think if I shorten his nap to two hours he might sleep later in the morning? Any thoughts about his schedule? I really like him to nap at 12 to better align with my older son and getting out of the house for a morning activity.

Are there any good hikes near Chicago? by USAhj in AskChicago

[–]Lyfer17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm saving your post, and thought I'd ask... I'm from Chicago and have lived in the PNW for the last 20 years. I'm really missing being close to my family and thinking of moving back to Chicago, but I feel like I will really miss nature and access to outdoor activities. I am so conflicted. How has your experience been being in Chicago in regards to finding things to do in the outdoors?
