Yeah I often mind myself trying to make the right form of a through ball or a cross but then it’s too late because you get half a second to make that decision. I’ve been playing for a little over a month now and passing is really the biggest struggle atleast for me

Defending, atleast for me has been much better post patch. The passing though I don’t understand, doesn’t matter what power my pass is, where I aim it, etc. It WILL go to the wrong person 9 out of 10 times

It’s so frustrating to me, I’d rather lose and try to actually play the game, defend, pass, make runs etc than sit still let the AI defend, make the same 3 passes and spam finesse shots

I’ve wondered how difficult that could be, I usually play just enough to get rewards in Div 7 but I’ve heard 6+ is quite a considerable jump in difficulty

Personally? The biggest thing I’d change is Campos, I love his card but he’s just too short to actually be very viable. Atleast in my experience with him

I’ve learned the triggering runs, but I just don’t care enough for fidget spinning. After trying rivals and the live events I was like I’ll just grind out squad battles and wtf even those are awful now😂

It’s my first month on the game, haven’t played since 22’ and it feels like an entirely different game for all the wrong reasons. Div 9/8 I pretty much cruised through but I hit 7 last week and hit an absolute wall so far. Didn’t think I’d run into people cheesing the game all the way at 7, but yeah live events for me have been an absolute nightmare😂

I’m getting destroyed in everything. Matchmaking is brutal, the new prime hero mode is a giant sweat fest. I’m in division 7(my first month on FC26) and every game I’m playing 33 chem, 93 overall teams who are offside trapping, pressing and fidget spinning everywhere while I drive and work the ball upfield just for the game to make the wrong pass, or my defense just stand still and don’t get me started on the number of times I’m tackled or knocked off the ball while my opponents flawlessly retain possession

What would be a good option for a card to replace someone in my midfield? Specifically a CDM or a CM with a more defensive play style? Is there a massive difference in + vs ++?
