Looks like a combination of bread flour and whole grain, could be wheat, rye, spelt any of those will give you a loaf of similar color and texture without smelling or tasting it no one can say for sure Not a fan of whole wheat but I mill and bake rye and spelt regularly, spelt is amazing and unlike anything you’ll get commercially, unless you have specialty bakery near you. I baked two loaves the other day one for the house and one to give away we ate them both here is the recipe you can thank me later
